Mower deck blade used largely on 30" (75cm) rear rider cutter decks, but also some front engine models. Each deck was originally fitted with 8 blades on a large metal disc. It is perfectly okay to reduce this to 4 blades evenly spaced on the main disc. Some customers find this can improve collection performance.

MTD Lawnflite blades usually have part numbers stamped into old blade for ease of identification
